What is a AGM (Society Election)?
An AGM is shorten as the Annual General Meeting (Society Election). Every society in the University is required to hold one every year. This is a formal meeting where everyone comes and votes in the new committee for this year!! It will be held like an election, where every candidate is required to make a short speech why they would be good for the job and the people listening is then required at the end to vote on a ballot paper. We will need to vote in 10 new committee members.
If you would like to join this year committee, please contact me on andyktchan@hotmail.co.uk with your name, your course, the two positions you would like to apply for and your phone number and email address so that I can contact you. Anyone from any background, member or non member can join.

Venue: Guild Council Chamber, Guild of students
Price: Free ( NO money required)
